About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Woodworker / Assembler – CNC Operator who loves hands-on work and building with purpose. In this role, you'll craft timber components, operate a CNC router, and help bring exciting new product designs to life. You won’t just be on the tools — you’ll be part of a team that values ideas, collaboration and doing things well. If you enjoy seeing a project go from raw materials to a finished product you can be proud of, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build and assemble timber components according to plans and quality standards

Read and interpret technical drawings and build sheets

Operate CNC flatbed router for production runs and prototypes

Perform machine setup, basic programming/file loading and tooling changes

Carry out quality control checks throughout the build process

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Collaborate with team members to support workflow and production timelines

Contribute ideas for improving build processes and product quality
What You Bring

Experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking or joinery

Confident using hand and power tools

Ability to read plans and measure accurately

Some CNC experience (or a strong willingness to learn)

A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship

Positive attitude, reliability and team spirit

Safety-first mindset

Trade qualification (carpentry or cabinetry)

Experience with VCarve, Fusion360 or similar
-
Forklift licence
