About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Woodworker / Assembler – CNC Operator who loves hands-on work and building with purpose. In this role, you'll craft timber components, operate a CNC router, and help bring exciting new product designs to life. You won’t just be on the tools — you’ll be part of a team that values ideas, collaboration and doing things well. If you enjoy seeing a project go from raw materials to a finished product you can be proud of, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and assemble timber components according to plans and quality standards

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and build sheets

  • Operate CNC flatbed router for production runs and prototypes

  • Perform machine setup, basic programming/file loading and tooling changes

  • Carry out quality control checks throughout the build process

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

  • Collaborate with team members to support workflow and production timelines

  • Contribute ideas for improving build processes and product quality

What You Bring

  • Experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking or joinery

  • Confident using hand and power tools

  • Ability to read plans and measure accurately

  • Some CNC experience (or a strong willingness to learn)

  • A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship

  • Positive attitude, reliability and team spirit

  • Safety-first mindset

Deseriable:
  • Trade qualification (carpentry or cabinetry)

  • Experience with VCarve, Fusion360 or similar

  • Forklift licence
